On November 22, 2007 �National Box Promotion� and Klitschko brothers combined their efforts and created a new promoting company � �K2 East Promotions�. Everything seemed to be going well but at the bigining of February Vitaliy Klitschko decided to leave the project relinquishing his share in a company (according to mass media info, Klitschko had 51% of chartered capital).
