O'Neil Bell won the IBF cruiserweight title with a controversial unanimous decision over Dale "Cowboy" Brown Friday night at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, FL. Brown rocked Bell several times in round three with an overhead right. A sharp right hand by Bell cut Brown over the left eye in round four.
