Unbeaten WBA #6/WBO #2 welterweight Kell Brook (25-0, 17 KOs) scored a dominating sixth round TKO over IBF #5/WBO #14 Rafal Jackiewicz (38-10-1, 19 KOs) in what had been billed as a WBA world title eliminator at the sold out Ponds Forge International Arena in Sheffield, England. The quicker Brook had the fight all his way as Jackiewicz was unable to get any significant offense in play. The one-sided fight was finally waved off by referee Howard Foster at 2:36. It was the first time Jackiewicz has been stopped.
