Kevin Mitchell arrested in drugs bust

According to a report in UK publication The Sun, lightweight Kevin Mitchell, and his mother, were arrested on suspicion of possessing cocaine and running a cannabis farm. Mitchell, 26, was held during a morning raid on his family home following a tip from an anonymous source. The arrests happened on April 15. Police were seen removing bags from the Dagenham, East London home and allegedly found white powder and cannabis plants. Mitchell is set to fight European lightweight king John Murray in June. Mitchell was bailed out but has to appear for further questions. Mitchell's mum Alice O'Connor refused to comment when approached by the paper.
