At the Lotto Arena, in Antwerpen, Belgium, the IBF welterweight eliminator between Said Ouali and Randall Bailey ended in a very controversial two round no-contest. Bailey dropped Ouali in the first round very hard. Some ringside observers report that Ouali received a "slow count." Ouali made it up and made it to the second. During the second round action, Ouali was once again hurt by a shot and charged at Bailey. The clash of bodies resulted in Ouali being thrown out of the ring and unable to continue. Ouali was carried out on a stretcher and the fight was ruled a no-contest.
