Former multi-division world champion Sugar Shane Mosley (46-6-1, 39 KOs) and “Contender: Season One” winner and former WBC champ Sergio Mora (22-1-2, 6 KOs) boxed to an ugly twelve round draw on Saturday night at the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles. Not much action in the first half of the in the bout as the reluctant Mora refused to engage in any exchanges as the 39-year-old Mosley stalked him around the ring. The fight was a bit more competitive after Mora slowed down and stood his ground more in the later rounds. Scores were 115-113 Mora, 116-112 Mosley, 114-114.

This was a different fight because he had to come down in weight and I had to go up. It would have been different if I was fighting someone my height and weight.
