David Tua 237-Pds, Monte Barrett 225

Both main event fighters, David Tua (51-3-1, 43KO's) and Monte Barrett (34-9, 20KO's) weighed-in today on the boardwalk outside of the Tropicana Casino and Resort in Atlantic City in anticipation of their upcoming heavyweight title fight, Saturday night on PPV. Both fighters looked to be in great shape with Tua tipping the scales at 237 1/2 lbs. while Barrett weighed-in at 225 lbs. The show, T-N-T at the Tropicana, is promoted by Joe DeGuardia's Star Boxing and will start at 7PM. The PPV telecast will go live on the air at 8PM ET. Tua vs. Barrett is scheduled for twelve rounds, and will be for Tua's WBO Asian Pacific and WBO Oriental titles.

WBO #2 heavyweight David Tua (51-3-2, 43 KOs) and Monte Barrett (34-9-1, 20 KOs) boxed to a twelve round draw on Saturday night at the Tropicana Casino and Resort in Atlantic City, NJ. The 37-year-old Tua stalked Barrett but was unable to land many clean shots. As the bout progressed, Tua began to noticably tire.
