Johnson returns with KO

Former heavyweight title challenger Kirk Johnson (37-2, 27 KOs) returned from a four year layoff to demolish Douglas Robertson (3-24-2). The 37-year-old Johnson knocked down Robertson twice before the bout was waved off at 1:45 of the first round. The bout took place at the Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, Texas.

In the main event, unbeaten super featherweight Casey Ramos (11-0, 4 KOs) won an eight round unanimous decision over Angel Rodriguez (4-4-2, 4 KOs). Scores were 80-71 on all cards. The event was promoted by Paulie Ayala Productions.
