Campillo-Shumenov Update

The World Boxing Association will make a decision by next week regarding the controversial fight between Gabriel Campillo and Beibut Shumenov. The WBA will review arguments submitted by representatives of both fighters after observing the video. In the fight, which took place on January 29th in Las Vegas, Shumenov was favored by judges Patricia Jarman (117-111) and Jerry Roth (115-113), while Campillo was seen as the winner by Levi Martínez (117-111).
