Teiken Promotions has acknowledged the contract of Fernando Montiel (40-2-2, 30 KOs) duly signed by himself and his exclusive promoter Fernando Beltran on Tuesday. WBO bantam champ Montiel is scheduled to square off against WBC titlist Hozumi Hasegawa (28-2, 12 KOs) here in Tokyo, Japan, on April 30. It will be a very sensational confrontation of the world champions which our fight fans anticipate with great enthusiasm.
