Undefeated former IBF lightweight champion Paul “The Pittsburgh Kid” Spadafora (43-0-1, 17 KOs) returns to the ring for the third time in nine months on March 12 in a 10-round welterweight bout at the Fort Lauderdale War Memorial in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Spadafora will face Ivan Fiorletta (24-5-2, 7 KOs). Pernell “Sweet Pea” Whitaker is once again running Spadafora’s training camp in Indiana.

The five-bout undercard will feature heavyweights Eric “The Viking” Leander (8-0) and Mike Marrone (18-1) in separate bouts, as well as lightweight Richard Abril (12-2-1) and former Cuban amateur stars lightweight Yoelevis Gamboa (1-0) and former world amateur champion light heavyweight Sullivan Barrera (1-0).
