IBF middleweight champion Sebastion Sylvester (33-3, 16KOs) will likely make the second defense of his title against top challenger Roman Karmazin (40-3, 26KOs) in the month of May. The fight looks like it's heading to Germany.
After losing his IBF junior middleweight to Cory Spinks in 2008, Karmazin stayed at 154 until he was knocked out by Alex Bunema in January 2008. He then moved up to middleweight and put together a string of wins, including wins over veteran fighters like Bronco McKart and Antwun Echols. He won an IBF title eliminator a few weeks ago over Dionisio Miranda to get the shot at Sylvester.
