As of now, the proposed March 13 super fight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather is off due to the much publicized impasse over random prefight blood testing. Top Rank has now made an offer to former world champion Paulie Malignaggi, who confirmed the offer with Marc Lichtenfeld of the popular “Through The Ropes” radio show.
