WBC #10, WBA #14 and IBF #15 cruiserweight Pawel Kolodziej followed the path of another world-ranked contender Grigory Drozd by making a punching bag of well-known American journeyman Rob “All-American Prizefighter” Calloway (now 70-11-2, 57 KOs) tonight at MOSiR Hall in Lodz, Poland. IBC champion Kolodziej was just too much for his faded 40-year old challenger, dropping him once in the first, once in the third and two times in the fifth round. Calloway’s corner mercifully stopped this massacre after the end of the sixth round, saving the veteran from more punishment. The Polish fighter is now 24-0 with 13 KOs.

In a tactical performance, WBC Youth heavyweight titlist Andrzej Wawrzyk (16-0, 10 KOs) scored the biggest win of his career, outpointing experienced Ukrainian Alexey Mazikin (13-4-1, 3 KOs) over ten rounds. Rounds one through six were even but since the seven Wawrzyk has finally got going and rallied good enough to clinch the ten-round unanimous decision with the scores: 98-95, 99-94 and 97-93.

WBC #6 and WBA #8 ranked light heavyweight Dawid Kostecki (32-1, 22 KOs) destroyed the late sub Istvan Varga (15-10, 9 KOs) from Romania in round one. Varga was down twice before the stoppage. WBO #4 welterweight Krzysztof Bienias (39-3, 16 KOs) outpointed previously undefeated Czech Bronislav Kubin (9-1, 5 KOs) over eight with the scores: 79-73, 79-72 and 78-73. Kubin was decked in round five. BullIt KnockOut promoted.

Other results:
Lukasz Janik (16-1, 9 KOs) TKO 1 Istvan Oros (0-10-1)
Maciej Myszkin (5-0, 2 KOs) PTS 6 Daniel Regi (11-4, 5 KOs)
