IBO cruiserweight champion Danny Green and challenger Roy Jones Jr. both made weight Tuesday for their showdown at the Acer Arena, Homebush, Sydney, NSW, Australia on Wednesday. Roy weighed in first and took questions from the media, mentioning that he has trained very hard for Danny Green and was confident of victory. He also said it was his job to put on a good show for the boxing fans. Danny Green weighed in and received a loud ovation from the boxing fans in attendance. Master of Ceremonies Andy Raymond stated that Roy Jones was one of the best boxers to ever visit Australia. The Pay Per View bout will be telecast live around Australia on Main Event. It will also be televised to the USA on a same day basis.
