Escobedo-Katsidis on Sept 19

Looks like U.S. Olympian Vicente Escobedo (21-1, 13 KOs) will face Australian former interim world champion Michael Katsidis (25-2, 21 KOs) on the September 19 Mayweather-Marquez card the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Escobedo has won his last twelve fights. Katsidis has been in with Joel Casamayor, Juan Diaz and Jesus Chavez among others. Escobedo is currently training at La Romanza Gym in Mexico City with Nacho Beristain.
