In a emotionally charged clash of heavyweight contenders who are also stablemates, Universum fighter WBA #5 Denis Boytsov (25-0, 20 KOs) impressively TKO’d WBA #2 ranked stablemate Taras Bidenko (26-3, 12 KOs) of Spotlight Boxing in round six. After a slow first round, the heavy hands of Boystov began to take their toll. The bout finally ended in round six after a brutal assault by Boystov put Bidenko on the deck. Time was 2:00. Boystov retained his WBA Intercontinental title and added the WBO Europa title.
