Today in Cherkassy participants of «Tornado 2» went through official weigh-in. In the main event of a big boxing show named «Tornado 2» Avtandil «Tornado» Khurtsidze (17-1-2, 11 КОs), a Ukrainian based Georgian, will clash with former IBO light middleweight champion Attila «Viper» Kovacs (25-2-0, 17 КОs). The stake in the upcoming bout is rather high – Khurtsidze’s WBA Inter-Continental middleweight champion title.

Avtandil Khurtsidze weighed 72.5 kg while his rival Attila Kovacs had 71.45 kg.

Ukrainian light middleweight Dmitry Nikulin had 69.4 kg and his opponent Mikheil Khucishvili from Georgia – 69.25 kg.

25-year old Croatian heavyweight prospect Mario Preskar weighed 95.6 kg and his rival Zurab Noniashvili was 9 kg heavier – 104.6 kg.
