Antonio 'The Tijuana Tornado' Margarito poses with three-division world champion 'Sugar' Shane Mosley at today's press in Los Angeles to announce their upcoming WBA welterweight championship clash on January 24 at Staples Center. "I'm happy to fight in Los Angeles," said Margarito. "I am really excited and looking forward this fight. I am not taking any tune-up fights. I want to fight the best and I have been wanting to fight Mosley for over two years and now this my opportunity to shine." Mosley meanwhile had some breaking news. "My Father will not be training me for this fight, Bernard Hopkins' trainer Nazim Richardson will be in my corner, we have been training in Big Bear for the past two weeks."
