«Golden Boxing»: official weigh-in

At the official weigh-in of fighters taking part in «Golden Boxing» tournament scales under Sergey Fedchenko showed 63.2 kg. Argentinean Juan Alberto Godoy, contender for Fedchenko’s IBF Inter-Continental light welterweight belt, was still on his way to Cherkassy due to his flight delay. Godoy will go through weigh-in later.

Fighters of the co-event easily won competition with scales: Vitaliy Rusal, IBO Inter-Continental cruiserweight champion, and his rival in a non-title ten-rounder Mihaly Nemet from Hungary passed weigh-in at the first try. Rusal was 87.9 kg while Nemet appeared to be almost 2 kg heavier – 89.7 kg.
