Former heavyweight champion Hasim Rahman (45-6, 36 KOs) won a harder than expected tenth round TKO over late sub Zuri Lawrence (23-13-4, 0 KOs) on Thursday night at the Sovereign Center in Reading, PA. Rahman knocked Lawrence completely out of the ring at the end of round six, but Lawrence managed to get back in the ring and bravely gave "The Rock" a lot of trouble the rest of the way. Rahman finally came on in the final stanza to hurt Lawrence and get the stoppage from referee Gary Rosato with :40 left in the fight. Lawrence was ahead on one card entering the tenth.
