"All in all, it was a good fight," says WBA cruiserweight champion Virgil Hill, who dropped a non-title twelve round unanimous decision to former champion "Gentleman" Henry Maske on Saturday. "Henry was simply the better man this time. I hope he is gentleman enough to give me a rematch, like I did with him. We have waited ten years, maybe now we can only wait ten months and then fight again here in Germany." As for his immediate plans, Hill stated, "I am still the WBA champion and now must defend the title. There are already plans."
