Former UFC middleweight champion and current commentator and analyst Michael Bisping has spoken out about the upcoming fight between Sean Strickland and Paulo Costa.
"Crazy fight, huh? Costa hits more powerfully, it's clear beforehand. I've trained with Strickland, he's very good in terms of boxing. He almost finished Adesanya in the first round. Shawn is ready to fight dick to dick, nipple to nipple. His style is tied around the jab though. Costa will come forward and punch hard. But Shawn has the advantage of stamina. This will be a five-round fight. And that's a significant advantage for Strickland because he has a style that allows him to conserve energy. Costa hits hard, he throws spinning kicks, he throws high kicks. It's all nice and cool, but those techniques take a lot of energy," Bisping wrote on social media.
UFC lightweightArman Tsarukyan revealed when he will be ready to fight the organization's current featherweight champion Islam Makhachev.
"Now I need to recover and rest. And then start preparing, train my body hard. I want to start camp on the highest mountain, then go down to the middle mountains... Yes a lot of things I have to do to be 100% ready. And on the eve of the fight I have to say - I will give everything I can, everything I can. I'm ready to fight Islam in September or October," Tsarukyan said in an interview with the UFC press service.

Robert Whittaker, former UFC middleweight champion, reacted to an incident between the promotion's lightweight Arman Tsarukyan and a fan. Robert compared Arman to an animal.

Daniel Cormier, former UFC champion in two weight categories, commented on the incident involving the promotion's lightweight Arman Tsarukyan.
"Remember when Khabib grabbed Artem Lobov after the fight against McGregor? He grabbed him by the face and spanked him because that guy was talking too much. And now Tsarukyan has punched a fan. Arman and Khabib have a lot in common in terms of mentality," Cormier stated.
Tsarukyan got into a fight against Charles Oliveira on April 14 at UFC 300 in Las Vegas and got into an argument with a fan. The latter showed him an obscene gesture. In response, Arman punched him in the face.
