WBO welterweight champion Sergei Dzindziruk (31-0) has had to postpone his first world title defense. For the past week, the unbeaten Ukrainian has suffered from fever and cold chills and will not be fit to face challenger Sebastian Lujan at the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer Halle in Stuttgart which is scheduled to take place in eleven days. As a result, the bout has been shifted to Universum's May 27 card at the Zenith Kulturhalle in Munich that is already loaded with the super middleweight clash between unbeaten Jürgen Brähmer and Mario Veit plus the European light heavyweight clash between champion Stipe Drews and Kai Kurzawa. The April 29 card in Stuttgart features WBO #2 heavyweight Luan Krasniqi in a ten rounder against David Bostice, WBA #3 super lightweight Andreas Kotelnik in a WBA international title bout and female world champion Alesia Graf defending her GBU junior bantamweight crown
