Former world champions Fernando Vargas and Shane Mosley held a press conference on Tuesday at Universal Studios City Walk in Los Angeles in advance of their February 25 twelve-round crossroads bout, which will take place on at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Both Vargas (26-2, 22 KOs) and Mosley (41-4, 35 KOs) already looked to be in tremendous shape for the bout.

Vargas stated that he's now complete after reconciling with his mother last month. "The most dangerous man in the world is the family man," stated the Ferocious One. "And now that I am complete, I am ready to go to war.....Shane better be ready for non-stop action from round one."

Fermando's mom, Alicia Chavez, was with El Feroz on the dais.

Mosley, meanwhile, had nothing but accolades for Vargas. "I can't wait to get into the ring," he commented. "We'll see who's the best fighter in California."

Vargas is preparing for the bout in Ojai, California, while Mosley has set up camp at Big Bear, California.
