Former featherweight champion Naseem Hamed is hinting at a comeback. "I’ve been boxing since I was seven years of age," said Hamed, now 31. "I simply needed a break. I’ve got two beautiful sons and a wife, and wanted to spend some time with them. Now, though, I’ve had my break. I miss boxing and I believe boxing misses me, too. In the New Year you could witness something special."

Hamed to be freed!

Prince Naseem Hamed is expected to be released from jail next week after serving less than a third of his 15-month sentence for dangerous driving. According to reports on the BBC, the former featherweight champ will be electronically tagged as part of a Home Office home detention curfew.
