Former WBA flyweight champion Eric Morel has received a two year prison sentence for sexual assault Tuesday in a Madison, Wisconsin courtroom. The Wisconsin State Journal reported that Morel had pleaded no contest in a plea deal with prosecutors where he likely would receive house arrest and probation, however, Judge C. William Foust crossed up prosecutors and issued the two year hitch. The 30-year-old Morel and a brother pled no contest in the sexual assault of an unconscious 15-year-old girl.
