It was announced today that IBF jr welterweight champion Ricky Hatton will face WBA titlist Carlos Maussa in a unification bout on November 26 at the Sheffield Arena in Shefield, England. This will be Haton's first fight away from the umbrella of promoter Frank Warren's Sports Network. The fight will be promoted by Dennis Hobson. "I said after I beat Tszyu that my next fights would be unification matches," stated Hatton. "Dennis has put his money where his mouth is and put this deal on the table for me because he said he could get me what I wanted."
