British/Commonwealth super featherweight champion Alex Arthur added the European belt to his collection with a twelve round unanimous decision over Boris Sinitsin at Meadowbank Sports Centre in Edinburgh, Scotland. Arthur (21-1, 17 KOs), who suffered cuts over both eyes, put Sinitsin (46-8-1, 24 KOs) on the deck late in round twelve to put a punctuation mark on the triumph. Scores were 119-108, 119-108, 118-109.
