Nicolay "Valuev keeps working hard. On May 12, the giant from St. Petersburg, who lives and boxes in Germany, fights against Clifford "The Black Rhino" Etienne. It looks like the next foe for Russian heavyweight giant Nicolai Valuev (40-0; 30KOs) will be American fringe contender Clifford Etienne (29-3-2; 20KOs). Etienne is tentatively booked in to fight Valuev on May 14 in Bayreuth, Germany, on a defense of the Russian's WBA I/C title. An official request has already been sent to the WBA offices in Maracaibo, Venezuela, and an answer is expected pretty soon.
