Hall of Fame promoter Bob Arum said today he will contact the Olympic Committee and ask to get a new gold medal for Yuriorkis Gamboa. “That’s my goal, to get a gold medal for him,” Arum said. Gamboa won an Olympic gold medal in 2004 in Athens, Greece, at 112 pounds while fighting for the Cuban national team.
