Mike Anchondo became the former WBO super featherweight champion Thursday afternoon at the Miccosukee Gaming Resort in Miami, Florida, after weighing in 4 ½ pounds over the division limit of 130 pounds for his Friday night showdown with Argentina’s Jorge Rodrigo Barrios.
