The three-and-a-half inch gash suffered by Beyer required 50 stitches to close. "I'm naturally disappointed about the course of the fight," said Beyer, who grew up nearby. Abraham defeats Jantuah; Beyer-Bika ends in tech draw!

World champions Arthur Abraham and Markus Beyer both retained their titles in very different ways on Saturday night at the Stadthalle in Zwickau, Germany.
