WBA orders Hatton-Urkal!

The WBA yesterday ordered WBA welterweight champion Ricky Hatton to defend against Oktay Urkal within 120 days. The 36-year-old Urkal is #1 in the WBA rankings and the mandatory challenger. Hatton won the title last Saturday in Boston by unanimous decision dethroning title defender Luis Collazo.
