WBA cuiserweight champion Jean-Marc Mormeck retained his WBA belt and seized Wayne Braithwaite's WBC crown with a clear cut unanimous decision Saturday night at the DCU Center in Worcester, Massachusetts. The previously undefeated Braithwaite (21-1, 17 KOs) started strong but Mormeck (31-2, 21 KOs) was able to connect with some good right hands.
