IBO President Ed Levine has commented on the controversial 29 second fight between IBO cruiserweight champion Danny Green and comebacking Paul Briggs, who was rated #45 by the IBO at light heavyweight. “I intend to formally request that the Western Australia Commission conduct a complete inquiry and investigation into the outcome of the fight,” Levine told Fightnews.com read more ...

At Challenge Stadium in Perth, Western Australia, IBO cruiserweight champion Danny Green (30-3, 27KOs) destroyed Paul Briggs (26-4) in the first round. Briggs, even with the added weight, was too far gone after a three year layoff. Green didn't even appear to hit him flush.
